Upcoming Classes at Pioneer Quilts

It has come to my attention that Pioneer Quilts is still struggling with the transition between their former website management/design company and the new one that took over the account after Websites For Quilters dissolved. The end result is that they haven’t been able get information on their site updated in a timely fashion and I have a few classes coming up soon that are not even posted on their class list.

So I’m reaching out to potential students here through my website and I will post on Facebook too.

On Friday October 30, I have my Animal Totems class from 10:30 – 4:30 (see some project samples below)

On Sunday November 2, I have a Hand Applique Master Class from 11:30 – 3:30, students will learn classic needle-turn hand applique and can  use my handout with a couple of quail flanking a tree (see samples below) to make a small wall-hanging or pillow or they can bring a pattern of their choice they are currently working on or would like to start.

On Friday October 7, we have our regularly scheduled Art Journal Quilt class from 10:30 – 1:30 (project not yet determined but will be announced in the next few days).

On Saturdays October 15 & 22, I have my two part Machine Quilting 101 class. This is one of my most popular class, and I get many compliments by students who take it as being one of the best machine quilting classes they’ve ever taken, It is aimed at beginners who have never free motion quilted before but is also complimented by more experienced quilters who find tips and techniques that are new to them. My sample is shown below,

If you are interested in any of these classes, please call Pioneer Quilts at the number on their website, their interactive enrollment page is not working properly right now.
