Attention Quilt Lovers – Latimer Quilt and Textile Center presents The Tillamook County Quilt & Fiber Arts Festival ‘Tidal Treasures’ at the Tillamook County Fairgrounds 4603 3rd St. Tillamook OR 97141. The show will be open May 23 – 24 from 10 AM to 4 PM daily.
I am the Featured Quilter and in keeping with the show theme, will be exhibiting a selection of my ocean themed quilts and fiber art. I will also be presenting a trunk show and talk each day.

Things to do and see while in Tillamook:
Tillamook is a very small community, nothing is very far from anywhere else and there is lots to do and see while there
Visit the Latimer Quilt and Textile Center a wonderful textile museum just a few blocks from the Fairgrounds and sponsor of the Tidal Treasures show.
Go have lunch and buy some cheese or an ice cream cone at the Tillamook Cheese Factory again just down the road from the Latimer Center.
If a smaller more intimate food experience is your preference, visit the Blue Heron French Cheese Company located just south down the highway from the Tillamook Cheese Factory. Stop by to taste and buy delicious locally made French style Brie and grab a sandwich at their deli.
And if you are coming to see a quilt show, you are probably a quilter. Be sure to stop by Jane’s Fabric Patch, a lovely quilt shop located at the south end of Tillamook
